Ready for your next session
The gap after a great session

Insight happens in the room. Change happens everywhere else.

Your client leaves energized, with a clear intention. Then the week takes over. The right moment arrives—and the insight is no longer present.

Verka closes that gap without asking you to be permanently available or asking your client to build a relationship with a bot.

One continuous coaching loop

Your expertise. Carried into action.

Verka supports the work around your sessions, so you can spend the session doing what only a human coach can do.

01

Listen with permission

A session can be captured and organized with clear, separate consent—or you can use the complete no-recording path.

03

Practice where life happens

The plan becomes a well-timed lens, rehearsal, action, or reflection—not another course to remember to open.

Designed around your practice

Scale your impact. Not your availability.

Give every client more continuity without turning your calendar into an always-on inbox. Verka shows you what deserves attention and keeps the rest moving.

01

Arrive ready

Start the next session with agreed commitments, lived examples, and the few patterns worth exploring—not a week of messages to reconstruct.

02

Protect your method

You define the principles, language, exercises, and boundaries. AI works inside your approved approach and makes its own role clear.

03

Coach by exception

See what is on track, what can wait for the next session, and what needs a human response—without watching every interaction.

A better rhythm

Small moments. One coherent journey.

MON
IN-PERSON SESSION

You coach. Verka listens—with consent.

The client leaves with one clear, jointly approved commitment.

WED
REAL-WORLD PRACTICE

The right cue appears at the right moment.

A two-minute action helps the insight become behavior.

FRI
REFLECTION

Your client notices what changed.

A short reflection captures the learning without creating homework fatigue.

PREPARED SESSION

You start where the real work is.

Verka brings forward agreed context—not a machine’s judgment.

From your agreed coaching plan
How the whole service works

One careful chain from your method to a real-world moment.

Verka is not one open-ended AI conversation. It is a series of explicit handoffs, with a human decision or a consent check at every consequential boundary.

  1. 01

    Your practice is onboarded

Your identity, qualifications, supported topics, exclusions, method, exercises, language, and response promise are captured as a versioned coaching method.

  2. 02

    Each client chooses the boundaries

Participation, recording, transcription, AI analysis, plan sharing, and Field Mode are separate choices. Manual notes remain a complete alternative.

  3. 03

    AI drafts; people decide

Verka can organize source-linked candidates. You edit and approve the coaching interpretation; the client can approve, change, reject, dispute, or clarify it.

  4. 04

An agreed plan becomes finite practice

Only an approved, current plan can create bounded cues, rehearsals, actions, and reflections—with quiet hours, snooze, decline, pause, help, and a clear end.

  5. 05

    Learning returns to the relationship

The next session begins with agreed commitments, client-visible reflections, and exceptions that need attention—not a hidden score or a machine diagnosis.

Trust is part of the product

AI in the supporting role.

Coaching works because of agency, honesty, and relationship. Verka is designed to strengthen those things—not quietly step around them.

Nothing assumed

Recording, AI analysis, plan sharing, and between-session support are separate choices.

Always in control

Clients can pause, decline, correct, or end. Saying no never becomes a failure.

Bounded by your method

AI can support an approved plan. It cannot invent a new goal or act outside it.

Our line in the sand

Verka is not therapy, surveillance, or an autonomous life advisor. It does not infer emotion, personality, honesty, motivation, or risk from a voice. The human coach remains responsible for the coaching relationship.

SpecifiedLean 4

Formal rules describe what may happen and which proofs must hold.

EnforcedRust core

Deterministic policy and shared domain logic enforce those boundaries.

A native Swift experience uses FFI; the web Studio uses the same core via WASM.

The questions good coaches ask

Before you bring AI into the room.

Is this an AI coach that replaces me?

No. You remain the coach, method owner, and decision-maker. Verka turns what you and your client agree into bounded support between sessions. AI can draft, adapt, and debrief—but it cannot silently change the plan.

Will clients spend their time chatting with a bot?

That is not the goal. The primary experience is a timely cue, a small real-world action, a short reflection, or a request for human help. Chat is available for clarification, not as a substitute for coaching.

What happens to the session recording?

Recording is separate, explicit, and optional. The product is designed around visible consent, easy pause controls, scoped retention, and a complete no-recording path. A transcript never becomes a commitment automatically.

Can it work with my coaching method?

That is the point. During onboarding, Verka captures your identity, qualifications, scope, principles, language, exercises, boundaries, and review cadence. Your versioned, approved method becomes the guardrail for every between-session experience.

How does the technology keep those boundaries intact?

The authorization rules are specified first in Lean 4, implemented as a shared Rust core, and exposed to the native Swift app and web Studio through narrow interfaces. AI proposes; deterministic policy checks whether an action is actually allowed.
